At Mystiq India, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once an order has been delivered. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase from https://mystiqindia.in.

1. No Refund Policy

All sales made on MystiqIndia.in are final.
We do not issue refunds under any circumstances once the product has been delivered, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Dissatisfaction with results
Delays caused by courier partners

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must follow the steps below strictly:

Record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Share the unboxing video with us within 12 hours of delivery via:

❗ Claims submitted after 12 hours or without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

After verification, store credits equal to the product value (excluding shipping charges) may be issued.
🚫 No cash refunds or bank refunds will be provided.

3. Credit Validity

Store credits are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Credits can only be redeemed on MystiqIndia.in.

4. Cancellation Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our support team immediately.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation or refund will not be possible.

5. Mode of Credit

Approved store credits will be issued digitally via your registered email or WhatsApp number.
These credits can be applied at checkout for future purchases.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute related to refunds or store credits will be resolved as per our Terms & Conditions.
All matters shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
