By accessing this Website or purchasing any product, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to make purchases on this Website.

3. Product Information

We try to ensure accurate product descriptions and images, but slight differences in colour, design, or packaging may occur due to manufacturing or display settings. These differences are not considered defects.

4. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payments must be completed before processing.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious.

5. Shipping

6. No Return Policy

All sales on MystiqIndia.in are final.
Returns are not accepted once a product has been delivered to you.

7. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the entire product and package being opened.

  2. Share the video with us within 12 hours of delivery via:

Claims without a valid unboxing video or submitted late will not be accepted.
After verification, we may issue store credits equal to the product value (shipping charges excluded).
No bank refunds will be provided.

8. Store Credits

  • Issued only after successful claim verification.

  • Credits can be used only on MystiqIndia.in.

  • Valid for 90 days from the issue date.

  • Non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

9. Cancellations

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If you want to cancel before shipping, contact our support immediately. Approval is at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability related to any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website (text, images, logos, graphics) is owned or licensed by Mystiq India and protected by law. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes will be resolved in the courts of Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
